I agree to all the amendments in my paper except that you introduce one
misprint on the first page and my department is called Computer Science
Department rather than Computing Science Department.

I am puzzled about two deletions.  The first, on page two, is deleting 
the sentence, ``The
system of registration for residence in a city makes it difficult to change
cities''.  I wonder if this is because you do not understand the Soviet
system in which it is necessary to have permission to reside in certain
important cities.  For example, Moscow University, at one time,
was allowed to obtain permanent Moscow resident permits for only six
employees per year.

I also did not understand the reason for deleting the three reasons why
intellectuals would benefit from the alliance.

Nevertheless, I agree to the changes.
